PRIVACY STATEMENT
D&M Research Pty Ltd (D&M) is a Market Research company operating within the Market Research Industry in Australia. D&M research believes that market researchers must have community trust and goodwill, and an expectation that benefits will flow to the community from the results of the market research.
To that end D&M has membership with both AMSRS (Australian Market and Social Research Society) and AMSRO (Association of Market and Social Research Organisations) and is obliged to adhere to their guidelines.
On the 21st December 2001 the Federal Government enacted legislation that extends the scope of the Privacy Act 1988 and introduces the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). In response AMSRO and the AMSRS have developed the Market and Social Research Privacy Principles which came into effect on 1 September 2003.
